T-shape Development : 90 degrees

There is no challenge : This is a warm up :

Do level 1 for 30 seconds then level 2 for 30 seconds : Then rest.

   Open and close the foot : 90 Degrees

Change the length of sets, length of reps, and the number of sets so that level 10 is very difficult to attain.
