Challenges :

Task 1 : Can you replicate these exercise?

Task 2 : Can you do these as fast as you can for 20 seconds?

Task 3 : Can you do these as fast as you can for 20 seconds, take a 20 second rest and repeat? Do 3 - 5 sets.
