Inside step Outside step Strike

It is very important to follow the pattern exactly,  as this will test your ability to co-ordinate your steps with your touch. The challenge tests your ability to not make touch errors .

Exercise #7

Deal with an elevated ball.

Develop the ability to use the CHEST to control the ball

The agility is optional but is important to include if possible as it helps recreate the moment in a game where you transition from 'off the ball' to 'on the ball' (and v v). Usually in a game, you will be moving dynamically before a touch, so recreating this is important.  If you are brave, try to control the ball when it comes back and then strike it again. [Note: A partner can replace the rebound surface].

Challenge Set

1 set  = 1 minute on : 30* seconds rest (stretch / drink etc).: Do 3 sets
