Inside Step Juggles : Right Foot

Pick the right levels and challenges to maximize the development of Dexterity (weight and precision) of touch.

Pick 3 levels [ Easy (warm up) : Medium (doable) : Hard (should be very hard to complete the challenge) ] and work through these. Have a 4th level ready (impossible for you) just in case you complete challenge 3. Spend 5 minutes on this, then move on.

Combine FAPs with FFPs :

Movement into receiving the ball : Deal with the ball : Movement after the pass

Call the 'the pass and Jab' exercise.

You can use any 'on the ball' technique in this exercise, but the release should be a strike with movement off the strike, and then into the ball.

Recommended : Do as many sets as necessary to ensure you get sufficient repetition of the technique, contact with the ball, and to ensure you are working as hard as you can.
