TFT Online : Advanced Session # 9

Exercise #1

Fundamental Juggling patterns

Inside Step Juggles : Left Foot

Pick the right levels and challenges to maximize the development of Dexterity (weight and precision) of touch.

Pick 3 levels [ Easy (warm up) : Medium (doable) : Hard (should be very hard to complete the challenge) ] and work through these. Have a 4th level ready (impossible for you) just in case you complete challenge 3. Spend 5 minutes on this, then move on.

Progressions / Explanation

Demo / Exercise

It is critical the players practice on the very edge of their ability level. If an exercise is too easy then very little development occurs. If it is too hard, it can be frustrating and demotivating. The exercise above is just an introduction to the topic. To find the perfect level for you, visit this page :  Fundamental Juggling Patterns.

Exercise #2

Fundamentals of a weak foot top of the foot strike

Make sure the foot moves through the ball in a way the increases accuracy consistency. Focus on the following :

- Jump off -

Progressions / Explanation

Demo / Exercise

Recommend 1 set =  [60 seconds on : 30 seconds rest ] : Do 3 sets
