Exercise #7
Games : Head up : Decision
Even though the key aspect of this activity is to get the head up, watch the other player and make a decision, it is also about having as much fun as possible playing this game. This is what practice is for after all.
If you are using a partner (parent) who is not a player themselves then don't have to use a ball. As with all activities, adapt and improvisation based on what you have access to.
If you would like to play a different game then that is obviously ok, but remember : All games should have an element of attacking and defending if possible, or at least the need to get the head up, analyse some information, and make a decision based on this analysis.

You can do a single full session in one-go, or do multiple circuits of the same session, or just multiples of some exercises, or combine 2 or more sessions together to make 1 longer technical session.
Substitute exercises where necessary
Plus, also make sure that if an exercise in a full session video is too easy (or too hard) for you, then make sure you substitute in an exercise that is at your level.
