Learning to control an elevated ball using the 'body' is a critical game functional technique to get comfortable with.

The term 'body' can mean control the ball using any method that springs to mind. It can include the chest, thigh, hip, tummy, even the back etc.

In other words, it simply means present a surface for the ball to hit, take the bounce out if the ball and let the ball fall towards the floor.


 Improvising when controlling the ball.
