MEASURING IMPROVEMENT

Players often want feedback on whether or not they are improving.

They often look for external feedback from a coach or parent but what if they could assess themselves.

This page addresses that idea.

MEASURE YOUR TOUCH

Use juggling exercises to test your touch. Each time you test yourself :

  • Are your numbers going up?
  • Can you do more difficult juggling progressions?

LACES JUGGLES

How many did you do last time?
How many did you do this time?
What target do you want to hit next time?
