Note : There is in fact a seventh relative direction in the standard footwork model, which has not yet been accounted for. This 7th option requires much more advanced technique to do well. It could be argued that at least one footwork pattern which meets the objective of the seventh directon, these are fundamental and so will be covered separately later.
