Fundamental Agility Patterns and 'On the Ball' Technique

 

A lot of technique development philosophies are very much about a players ability on the ball. What is considered less is a developing a players ability to move seamlessly into the ball before dealing with it, and then out of the ball after dealing with it.

Below is a snapshot of a small number practical exercises that developing players can do away from team training.
