12 Day Development Cycle
Use a form (similar to the one on the previous page) to organize your 12 day cycle.
Chose a component for each day and that fit into to your other activities.
[Include study type activities (study a pro game / Learn your system of play)
on days where you need to rest your body.]
Work out what exercises will best offer you a challenge [ Deep Practice : That is : Offers you the opportunity to fail (a few times) but then succeed (so there is a clear indicator of improvement).
Remember practice alone is not enough :
It has to be Deep Practice.
Use a form similar to the one below to record your cycle. Print it out. Stick up on the wall !
Or use a different pie chart with less component parts.
