Note : 4-3-3 is never actually 4-3-3. It morphs constantly. Sometimes it is 2 at the back.,Sometimes it is 5 at the back. Sometimes it is 1 up front. Sometimes it is 5 up front. 4-3-3 is just a starting place for the whiteboard. Once the game changes it becomes a very fluid structure. As you see in the picture below it is more like 1-2-3-2-2-1....but for short it becomes the more conventionally known 4-3-3.

4-3-3 Passing options.png

Warning ;
The 3 - 4 pass is always a risky pass and must be done only with 100% uncertainty.

The FB - 6 pass is a pass we are not looking to make. When the FB has the ball, the 6 should be playing off the CBs or the 8s position The 6 should not move too close to the FB to get the ball. The FB can instead run inside with the ball, and open up the pass to the 6 if necessary.

The rotations in and out of the 8 space by a number of players is a very important part of the system of play.
