Turns

 

Players should learn how to turn from day 1.

  • Every footwork session should have turns incorporated.
  • Every tech game (1v1, intelligence game) should have a problem where the solution is to turn.

There are a huge number of turns available,  so be selective. Teach the most important ones.

  • The most important ones are the ones that are the most used and most useful.

Drag turn. Inside turns. Outside turns. Inside switch Outside turns.....etc
