Ball mastery : Foot locked Up

 

This page looks at exercises that use the bottom of the foot only [ A locked up foot].

Note : Many of these exercise lack true game functionality. So do not over practice them !!

Once you can do them, you never need to do them again. Do game functional exercises instead.

Ball mastery should always only ever be a stepping stone to game functionality.
