Combine FFPs with a Pass (3 touch)

 

This page looks at exercises that develop the ability to control the ball, move the ball and then pass the ball (3 touch).

  • Each video looks at only one exercise.
  • The exercises hopefully get progressively more difficult.
  • Work through them all until you can do them all.

 

Are you an advanced player?

An advanced player would look at any exercise below and be able to :

  • Do them the first time of trying,
  • Do them at top speed.
  • Do them with the head up as much as possible.
  • Do them, with a head check/scan whilst the ball is rolling.
